FAQs

How long until I should expect to see results?  

Most families notice improvements within the first week, with full transformations happening in 2–3 weeks.

How often will we communicate?  

The frequency of our interactions depends on the plan you sign up for.  

Do you use a “cry it out” approach?

While tears are often part of the process of change (because it’s the only way children can communicate their frustration!), my goal is to make it as easy as possible on your child (and on you!) Every child and every family is different, so my approach is to provide you with a sleep plan that aligns with your parenting style and comfort level, as well as your child's unique temperament. 

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes, depending on what service you've purchased. If you've purchased the course, you can add on various levels of support. If you've chosen individual coaching, that will include a certain number of days of support where I'll give you feedback on your progress. Regardless of what service you've purchased, there is always the possibility to book extra email support, daily logging support, or a sleep support virtual consultation. It's important to me that you feel equipped and confident in your sleep journey!
