I became a certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant in 2015 because I had experienced what it feels like to lose yourself in the fog of exhaustion. To rock a refluxy baby through yet another 45-minute nap, wondering if I'd be nap-trapped for the rest of my life. Trying everything I read on Google without success, my confidence as a mother slipped away with each sleepless night.
Then came the shift. Within three days of getting the right support, my daughter slept 12 hours straight through the night, and I suddenly felt human again. That transformation didn't just give me rest — it restored my marriage, strengthened my attachment to my daughter, and gave me purpose. Now, as a mom of four who's guided hundreds of families all over the world through some of their hardest days, I get to offer what I needed most back then: hope, clarity, and the deep belief that better sleep is possible for you too.

I’m a big fan of cozy evenings, family games, toddler giggles, and celebrating even the tiniest parenting wins — like having dinner ready on time or getting everyone to bed without tears (mine or theirs).
Outside of sleep support, you’ll usually find me planning our next family adventure, reading in my favorite chair, baking a gluten-free treat with my kiddos, or reminding myself that perfection isn't the goal: connection and rest is.
