I believe in those small, sacred moments — the bedtime snuggles, the quiet coffee before the house wakes, the joy of knowing you're not just surviving the day, but enjoying it.

That’s why I do what I do now — to take the guesswork, guilt, and overwhelm out of sleep training.




I became a certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant in 2015 because I know the ache of bouncing a baby at 2am, wondering if you're doing it all wrong. I was the one Googling solutions with tears in my eyes, trying every hack and hoping for rest that never came. That season taught me just how powerful the right support can be — and now, it's my joy to offer that same clarity, confidence, and calm to other families walking the sleep-deprived path.

…I’m probably reheating the same cup of coffee for the third time, chasing my toddlers around the park, or sneaking in a solo Target trip like it’s a spa day. I’m a big fan of cozy evenings, fresh sheets, toddler giggles, and celebrating even the tiniest parenting wins — like finishing a hot meal or getting everyone to bed without tears (mine or theirs).

Outside of sleep support, you’ll usually find me planning the next family adventure, organizing our snack drawer for the hundredth time, or reminding myself that perfection isn't the goal: peace is.
